4 weeks = $160 ($20/ class)

8 weeks = $292 ($18.25/class)

12 weeks (BEST DEAL) = $396 ($16.50/ class)

When:  Tues & Thurs 9:30am-10:30am

Where: It changes!
I’ll always text you the night before, but I like to change it up. New scenery, new challenges.

Generally speaking:
I90 lid and bike tunnel.

Bring: Yoga Mat, 8-15lb. weights if you have them,  A great attitude!

Our group will be fun, dynamic and encouraging to all.  No matter your ability or fitness level, open to all who want to gain strength, stamina and energy.  We will focus on:

  • Strength training with weights, bands, and our own body weight
  • Cardio
  • Core focus
  • Fun!
